Can we set up an account?
Accounts with consolidated invoicing are available on request. Most clients start with individual bookings and move to an account once the volume justifies it.
How do you handle multi-stop days?
As an hourly booking. The vehicle and chauffeur are held for the window you book, so the itinerary can change during the day without re-quoting each leg.
Do you cover conference and delegation transfers?
Group vehicles carry delegations, and multiple cars can be coordinated for larger arrivals. Send the numbers and the schedule and we plan the movements around the programme.
What if a meeting overruns?
On an hourly booking the car waits. On a point-to-point transfer, tell the chauffeur as early as you can and we adjust where possible, though a later booking on the same vehicle may constrain it. The first 15 minutes after the booked time are free; after that, waiting is charged per minute by vehicle class.
How far in advance do you need a corporate booking?
Same-day requests are common and often workable. For a roadshow, a delegation, or anything during the Australian Open or Grand Prix weeks, a week of notice makes a real difference.
Are chauffeurs discreet about client conversations?
It is assumed rather than promised. Business conversations in the back seat are routine and chauffeurs work accordingly.
