Business Class Fleet

Full-size executive sedans for airport transfers, corporate travel and everyday point-to-point work.

Business Class

Business Class covers most of what we do: airport transfers, corporate travel and point-to-point work around the city. The vehicle is a full-size executive sedan, a Mercedes-Benz E-Class or BMW 5 Series or equivalent, seating up to four with luggage for two or three.

Best For

What the Trip Is Like

Your chauffeur arrives ahead of the booked time with the car ready and the climate already set. For airport pickups we follow the flight, and your chauffeur either meets you inside the terminal with a name board or collects you from the public pick-up area, whichever you ask for. Water and phone charging are standard, and the cabin stays quiet enough to take a call between meetings.

Seats Versus Luggage

An executive sedan seats four comfortably. It does not take four large checked bags. Two passengers with two large cases fit easily, three with three is usually workable, and four with four needs a van. Send both numbers when you book and the question resolves itself.

When to Move Up or Across

Choose First Class when the arrival itself is part of the occasion, such as a wedding or a board-level client pickup. Choose a van above four passengers or with heavy luggage. The fleet overview compares all three.

Where It Travels

Business Class runs most of our Melbourne Airport and corporate work across the CBD, Docklands, South Yarra and the inner suburbs, and handles longer regional runs to Geelong, the Mornington Peninsula and the Yarra Valley comfortably.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many passengers does Business Class take?
Four seated. Luggage is the real limit: four passengers with four large checked bags will not fit, and that combination needs a van.
Which cars are Business Class?
Full-size executive sedans. A Mercedes-Benz E-Class, a BMW 5 Series, or an equivalent vehicle of the same standard. You book the class, and the class sets what arrives.
Is Business Class enough for a client pickup?
For most corporate work it is. Move to First Class when the arrival is part of the message, such as a board member or a client you want to meet properly at the kerb.
Does it suit a full-day regional trip?
Comfortably, for up to three passengers. Across the length of a Great Ocean Road day, boot space and legroom matter more than badge, so a group of four should take a van.
Are child seats available in Business Class?
Infant, toddler and booster seats are $5 per seat, per journey, and fitted before pickup. Tell us the ages when you book. A child seat does occupy one of the four seats.
What is included?
Bottled water, phone charging and a quiet cabin. For airport pickups, flight tracking and your choice of a meet in arrivals or collection from the public pick-up area.
